Easy AI Wins That Save Me 5+ Hours Every Week

I have been so fortunate over the years to work with all different types of business owners and entrepreneurs who thought they didn't have time. And AI until they saw what it could do. In just a few clicks, one client used a single prompt to create a full month of email content, another shaved three hours off of their admin time by repurposing blog posts into social media content, basically instantly.

We've been talking a lot lately about how small businesses can actually use [00:02:00] AI to work smarter, not harder. And today is going to be one of the most practical yet because I'm pulling back the curtain and showing you real simple ways I use ChatGPT and other tools to save hours every week.

Now, I don't know about you, but I'm ready to talk about those easy wins. No coding, no overwhelm.

Number one, email response templates. I use ChatGPT to generate personalized replies for common client inquiries. Now that could be [00:03:00] questions about services, scheduling changes, and even follow up messages. I say this saves me about 15 to 20 minutes per day. And when you pre-bake the oven and you share with ChatGPT, your voice. It can write in your tone, whether that be friendly, warm, professional, whatever fits your brand.

Win number two, social content repurposing. Instead of writing five different posts from scratch, I take one blog post or possibly one of my video episodes, and I ask ChatGPT to pull quotes for Instagram, summarize for LinkedIn.

Turn these into a short script for reels. And I'm here to tell you that this saves [00:04:00] me at least one to two hours per week.

Win number three, task automation with smart prompts. Do you need a checklist, a caption bank? A quick content calendar. I use a few saved prompts that give me repeatable systems in seconds. Now, the time saved with this really depends on what I'm doing, but a 30 minute task becomes three to five minutes, and to me that's a big win.

Here's another bonus tip. Sometimes I just need a brainstorming partner and I'll ask, give me three creative ways to explain a topic. For busy small business owners, that's better than staring at a blank document for over an hour trying to figure [00:05:00] out ideas to come up with.
