[00:00:00] Have you ever read something ChatGPT wrote for you and thought, Ugh, this doesn't sound like me. You're not alone. This is the number one struggle I hear from small business owners across the board. But by the end of this, you are going to know exactly how to guide ChatGPT to write in your voice, not corporate,

not robotic, just you when you get this right. Everything from social media posts to emails to landing pages feels natural and actually sounds like the person behind the business.

Welcome to AI Simplified the podcast for entrepreneurs, creators, and small business owners who want practical stress-free ways to use AI in their content and marketing. I'm Kristina [00:01:00] Stubblefield, digital marketing strategist and creator of the The Oven Method. Let's simplify AI so you can create faster, show up consistently, and feel confident in your content.

We've already walked through step one. Introducing who you are and step two, defining what you offer. Now it's time for step three of what I refer to as the pre-bake the oven method.

If you are not sure where to start, make sure to grab the free pre-baked the oven worksheet. It walks you through how to find and feed your voice into ChatGPT, so it sounds more like you and less like a copy paste robot.

I am gonna share with you, this is where most people, they give up. They say AI is helpful, but I still have to rewrite everything. I'm here to tell [00:02:00] you, once you teach ChatGPT, how you communicate, that rewriting almost disappears. I've worked with business owners across all different kinds of industries, from coaching to real estate, to all different types of service-based businesses.

And the turning point is always the same when they stop trying to fix the tone after the content is written and start training the voice before they ever hit generate. So you might be thinking, what does that look like? Here's how to help ChatGPT, learn your voice. You can start with these three things.

Your brand tone is your voice, professional, friendly, casual, luxury, [00:03:00] authoritative, inspiring, playful, educational. The list goes on and on, so you want to tell it your brand tone.

Next, key words or phrases associated with your brand. These might be things like echo, friendly, fast service done for you. AI powered, actionable strategies go from key words or phrases that you are used to using in your business.

Next, your tagline or slogan if you have one. You might have something like simplify success or helping you work smarter, not harder. You wanna share any of those tagline or slogans now, if you are not sure what your tone or keywords are, share a few examples.

Of how you already communicate. You could [00:04:00] use like a past newsletter, an email blast, an Instagram caption, maybe your about page from your website or blog post that you're proud of, and the way that they're worded. And then have ChatGPT. Figure it out for you. All you have to do is drop them into ChatGPT and say, analyze this for tone, language, and style.

Describe how I write. Then use this same style when writing future content for me. That's it. Yeah. Then all you have to do is refine it. If the results are too formal or too casual, maybe they're too salesy or just bland, tell ChatGPT what to adjust. I promise it is worth taking the time to do this. Think of it like teaching someone how to impersonate you.

The more examples they hear, the better they'll [00:05:00] sound. Let's do a quick before and after. Before, join us for our upcoming masterclass on brand strategy and content execution after you in? I'm hosting a free masterclass next week to help you get clear on your brand and stop second guessing your content. It's the exact same info.

Totally different feel one sounds like a business talking at you. The other sounds like a person talking with you.

Let me give you another example Before. Book a consultation to learn more about our packages after ready to feel better without the burnout? Let's talk. I'll help you build a plan that fits your real life, not just your calendar. Again, same information, totally different feel.

I will share with you. One of my clients told me [00:06:00] once I gave ChatGPT, my about page and some captions, the content actually sounded like me.

I didn't have to change a word. This really does work. Do you wanna try this for yourself? All you have to do to get started is download the free pre-bake the oven worksheet. I'll walk you through what to gather and what to tell ChatGPT, so your content finally sounds like you. And if you've ever felt like AI content was stiff or it didn't have a soul.

It's not because ChatGPT can't do better. It's because it hasn't been shown how you sound. This is the third part of the pre-bake, the oven method, and once it clicks, everything you create becomes faster, easier, and way more you. So next up. [00:07:00] I'm going to share with you how to define your dream client, so ChatGPT can help you write content that actually connects.

Make sure you grab your worksheet and I hope to see you in the next session. Until then, take care.
