Kristina Stubblefield: [00:00:00] If you've ever thought ChatGPT just doesn't get me. You are not alone the truth. It's not the tool, it's the setup. AI is only as good as the input. It's working with. So if you are getting bland off-brand content, it's because you haven't stepped into the leader role yet.
Today I'm breaking down what it really takes to get better content from ChatGPT content that sounds like you connects with your audience and actually saves you time and no, it doesn't require a tech degree. Just a shift in mindset and a better setup. I have been fortunate to work with several small business owners, and 90% of the time when they say ChatGPT just doesn't [00:01:00] work for me, it's because they're expecting the tool to lead the process.
But when I show them how to pre-bake the oven to actually teach ChatGPT about their brand tone and audience before asking it for anything, that's when the light bulb goes off. Suddenly their content feels right, their emails get easier, their workload gets lighter. If that's the kind of help you need, I created a free guide just for you.
It's called Pre Baking the Oven, customized ChatGPT for your brand, and it walks you through exactly what to do. So ChatGPT sounds like you not the somewhere awkward, awkward robot. You can download it right now. Just click on the link.

We're here to help you unleash your business's untapped potential, boost your visibility, and maximize your investments. Let's dive into the world of simplified solutions. Stay tuned and let's simplify success together.
So can we get real for just a moment? ChatGPT is not a mind reader.
It doesn't know who you are, who you serve, or what your voice sounds like unless you take the time to tell it. Here's where most people go wrong. They open ChatGPT and start [00:03:00] typing. Write me a caption, so on and so on and so on. Or better yet, give me a complete blog post about X, Y, Z, and then they are shocked when it comes back and feels generic, flat, or just off brand.
Well, that's because you've skipped the leadership step before you ask AI to create anything. You need to lead it by setting expectations, and I'm going to go through just how to do that.
Step one, pre-bake the oven. Yes, we're bringing it back again because it changes everything. I suggest going in to ChatGPTs custom instructions and telling it who I am, who I help.
What my tone is, [00:04:00] what my style is, how I want to reply, and any other content that you want to take the time to share with it. It's like onboarding a new team member. You don't just throw someone into a meeting and expect them to nail your voice and represent your business the way you want it. You guide them. The same goes for ChatGPT.
Step two, set the context. Every time I open a new chat, I don't just say, write me a caption. No. I lead the prompt with you are my AI assistant. I help this target audience with. This service, my voice is, and I describe the tone I want, [00:05:00] then you can ask it to help you. Now, that is a very fast example.
I would like you to take as much time as you can to share with ChatGPT, everything about you and your business.
This little shift. It makes the content way more relevant and useful every single time.
Let's move on to step three. Review and redirect. So important. If the first result isn't perfect, you need to take the time to give it feedback. Remember, it is a learning machine. That is what ChatGPT is. So you wanna give it feedback, make this more casual, add a story here.
Use more benefit focused language. Think of it as a collaboration, not a vending machine. If there's [00:06:00] something you don't like, tell it. If there's something you like and you want it to expand on that, tell it. If it's way off the mark, give it the information so it can get back on track. If you take what ChatGPT gives you and you copy it out, and you put it into Word or Google Doc and you make your changes, take the time to copy those changes and go back into ChatGPT and say, here's the changes I've made. It will learn from you.
Now if you want ChatGPT to actually get your voice and your brand, download my free guide. It will walk you through everything you need to put into ChatGPT. You can grab it now and start seeing better results immediately.
Here's the truth. AI [00:07:00] doesn't replace you. It amplifies you, but only if you take the lead. So please stop treating ChatGPT, like this quick fix and start treating it like a team member who needs your direction.
